Our two, dual gantry Voortman V310 plate processing machines can cut, drill, mark, countersink and run at one station, allowing us to simplify the production process, maximise processing uptime and greatly increase production.

Operating on a 28m cutting bed, the two moving-gantry machines allow us to combine or run different processes at the same time on parts up to 10m x 3m and up to 200mm in depth, whilst our lasers cut up to 25mm thick steel with an accuracy of +/- 2mm.

Both systems utilise interactive and automatic software nesting capable of importing dwg, dxf, NC1 and StruCad Cam files.
