Isle of Man TT stars race for the podium with AJN Steelstock

Leading UK steel stockholder, AJN Steelstock Limited, has joined forces with the Monster Energy by FHO Racing BWM Motorrad team for this year’s Isle of Man TT Races.

With 13-time TT winner Peter Hickman having already secured the fastest lap time in Monday’s Superstock Qualifying 1, Faye Ho’s team is a firm favourite for the event. Both Peter Hickman and Josh Brookes will ride the BMW M 1000 RR machines in the Superbike, Superstock and Senior TT Races.

AJN branding will feature on the BMW machines racing across the 37.73-mile famous Mountain Course, and although already involved with other motorsports teams, this will be AJN’s first time supporting a team at the TT Races.

The Isle of Man TT Races practice week started on Monday 27 May, with the first race for the Monster Energy by FHO Racing BMW Motorrad team scheduled on Sunday 2 June – the RST Superbike Race.

Alan Boyden – AJN Steelstock’s Joint Managing Director comments: “AJN is no stranger to the race circuit and as an experienced rider and huge TT fan, I’m really looking forward to the next couple of weeks and playing a small part in what I hope will prove to be a successful campaign for FHO Racing. With Peter Hickman, Josh Brookes and the BMW M 1000 RR machines, the team has a very strong line up and it’d be great to see both riders on the podium at some point.”

Faye Ho – Monster Energy by FHO Racing BMW Motorrad Team Principal comments: “I’ve known Alan for a few years now, we got talking over our love for two wheeled motorsport and motorbikes. Alan is a huge fan of racing he always visits the TT and it just seemed like a no brainer to partner with AJN Steelstock for this year’s event. We’re looking forward to having them involved this year and I know as a team we’ll show them a good time and hopefully be able to reward with a good celebration at the end of the event.”

We look forward to watching all upcoming races and wish Peter Hickman, Josh Brookes and the entire Monster Energy by FHO Racing BMW Motorrad team the best of luck.
