AJN sponsored enduro rider, Jake Roper, has been crowned the 2021 ACU British Enduro Clubman Champion.

Riding a brand-new KTM 250 EXC-F, 18 year old, Jake, made his mark during his debut season in the British Enduro Championship, notching up a number of impressive wins over the eight rounds.

Jake, who started racing when he was 11 years old, was able to put maximum points on the board with four first place finishes overall during the first four rounds of the championship. A few tough tests followed, and despite a big crash on his first test on the sand, Jake was able to amass a total of 112 points to claim the championship.

Securing the British Clubman Championship in his debut season ranks among some of Jake’s best achievements to date. In addition to this highly acclaimed title, Jake won the Clubman Class Eastern Centre Championship at just 16 years of age, and was crowned winner of the Hawkstone International Enduro in the Clubman Class.

For 2022, Jake has set his sights on the extremely competitive Expert Class at the British Enduro Championship and we’re sure he’ll do us proud.
